When I represent a buyer, I am known as a buyer’s agent. When you contact me, here’s what will happen:
* We’ll sit down and decide if it’s the best time
for you to buy. If it is, I can recommend lenders and help you decide
price ranges.
* I’ll help you choose the best neighbourhood for your lifestyle. We’ll tour properties online and in person, narrow areas, price range, and types of properties to zero in on the best one for you.
* West Vancouver is a hot market and it's possible
that what you want may not be available. If this happens, I’ll track
homes that may come on the market through my network. I can also survey
an area or street particular area to see if owners may be planning to
sell.
* When we find a property you like, I can help you
evaluate it by reviewing disclosure material. I can recommend home
inspectors or other experts. I’ll then present your offer, with the
goal of having it accepted in a very competitive market.
