When I am representing a buyer, I am known as a buyer’s agent. At our first meeting, we will sit down and decide if it’s the best time for you to buy and if it is, I can recommend lenders and help you decide price ranges.

I’ll help you choose the best neighbourhood for your lifestyle. We’ll tour properties online and in person, narrow areas, price range, and types of properties in order to zero in on the best one for you.

West Vancouver is a hot market and it's possible that what you want may not be available. If this happens, I’ll track homes that may be coming on the market through my network. I can also survey a particular area or street to see if any of the owners may be planning to sell their home.

When we find a property you like, I will help you evaluate it by reviewing disclosure material. I will recommend home inspectors and other experts. I’ll then present your offer with the goal of having it accepted in a very competitive market.  Throughout the process, it is my main objective to make it a stress free, positive experience for you.
